14 March: Albert Einstein is born in Ulm, and a bowl of Maultaschensuppe

Albert Einstein was born in Ulm, in Swabia, on 14 March 1879. Swabia's own big idea is the Maultasche, a pasta parcel that hides its filling, served here in clear broth. Relatively speaking, the perfect birthday bowl.
